PeaceWand.com has just launched a drive to raise money for a charity that strives to reduce hunger, suffering, diseases and illiteracy around the world. The goal of the drive is to raise $100,000 for charity, through the sale of high quality pens priced reasonably for the average American.
South Burlington, VT (PRWEB) September 3, 2008 — PeaceWand.com, a socially responsible company, has launched a drive under the slogan of ‘High Quality Pens for a High Quality Cause.’ The goal of the drive is to raise $100,000 for a charity that strives to reduce hunger, suffering, diseases and illiteracy around the world. For every pen that is purchased from PeaceWand.com, $1 is donated to charity. Along with raising money for charity, PeaceWand.com aims to provide useful high quality pens that truly represent the cause for which they stand.
Usman Zaheer, the founder of PeaceWand.com, had a quest to start a company that provided something useful to the average American, while at the same time being socially responsible. PeaceWand.com is the result of Mr. Zaheer’s quest. He also hopes that PeaceWand.com becomes a model for how businesses can give back to the world while also providing useful high quality products.
