Apple reaches settlement for Canadian iPod owners over battery lawsuits

Apple offers Canadian iPod owners a $45 store credit, stemming from two class action lawsuits over the advertised battery life of its iPods. The case bear similarities to several class action suits settled in the U.S. several years ago.
